Your personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The purpose of the processing operation is to facilitate the organisation of the event, register event's participants, make relevant logistics arrangements and communicate with registered participants before and after the event.
The following personal data are processed for the workshop' participants:
- Contact data: first name, last name, email address, job title, organization, country
- interest in sharing contact detalis with other event participants
- Interest in being contacted by NCC-PL and/or NCC-DE on future funding opportunities and other cybersecurity issues
For those participants who don't agree to be contacted by NCC-PL or NCC-DE after the workshop, the retention period for the personal data is 6 months.
Transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA is not foreseen.
Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making.
Recipients of personal data: access is granted to designated NCC-PL staff members.
Personal data are transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Data Controller, who have the right to process them – Central Information Technology Centre, Aleje Jerozolimskie 132 – 136, 02 – 305 Warsaw. Personal data may also be transferred to other entities processing data on behalf of the Data Controller, who have the right to process them.
If registered participant express interest in being contacted by NCC-PL and/or NCC-DE, your contact details will be shared with the relevant NCC colleagues.
You have the right of access to your personal data and to relevant information concerning how we use it. You have the right to rectify your personal data. Under certain conditions, you have the right to ask that we delete your personal data or restrict its use. You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time.
